This nylon illusion tulle is soft to the touch and has medium sized 1cm printed silver spots, great for overlaying in skirts, or for millinery. Black in colour, spots are a low reflective silver.
While this fabric is described below as non-stretch as there is no elastic fibre in the weave, there is some mechanical give that is inherent with the weave of a tulle fabric. Not to be used as a stretch fabric.
