Polka Dot / Flock Spot Tulle - White - Medium

This nylon tulle is soft to the touch and has medium sized 1cm flocked spots, great for overlaying in skirts, or for millinery. Optic white tulle with off white spots, also available in other sizes and colours.
While this fabric is described below as non-stretch as there is no elastic fibre in the weave, there is some mechanical give that is inherent with the weave of a tulle fabric. Not to be used as a stretch fabric.
