Top Fabric Shipping
Our standard UK & Worldwide shipping is DHL Express, their fastest service, which is trackable and signed for.
Free shipping for swatches, buttons and trims use Royal Mail 1st Class, not tracked, insured or guaranteed.
IMPORTANT: Free shipping is for orders with swatches ONLY or buttons and trims ONLY. Please order separately to get free shipping for both.
Collect your order in person from our Wembley store or if you prefer, arrange for your own courier to collect on your behalf.
Please note: We may take 2-3 working days to process any order. Should we need extended processing time we will contact you via email.
Our shipping terms
- Liability shall not pass to the seller in the event of any delay caused by the delivery agent used.
- We endeavour to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of receipt.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order.
- If you are not in at the time of delivery a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. Alternatively the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not in on a second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified. To have goods re-delivered will cost the same as the first delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not in for delivery or fail to rearrange a delivery date with our delivery agent.
- Alternative delivery methods are available upon request, but only with our consent.
- Fabrics that require shipping rolled will be shipped using the most suitable service for the location with Parcel Force. This may be a 48 hour service, but in some cases it may take longer.
- Any extra costs incurred by customers giving wrong address details will be charged to the customer.
- We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
