Silk Velvet - Lagoon Blue

A luxurious, soft, drapey silk velvet composed of a more dusty lagoon blue silk chiffon base and a matching viscose pile. This velvet can also be used for devoré and is dyeable. 82% viscose 18% silk, approx 240g per linear metre.
