This is a remnant piece of a baby blue satin fabric that has been finely pleated in 2-3mm crystal pleats from selvedge to selvedge. 135cm wide. There is some slight banding on the satin side of this fabric, from the rollers in the pleating process, these are less visible on the matte reverse side.
