Ornate Gold Scale Embroidery on Royal Blue Silk Velvet

This is our luxurious, soft and drapey silk velvet composed of an royal blue silk chiffon base and a matching viscose pile. 82% viscose 18% silk, approx 180g per linear metre. It has been embroidered with gold metallic thread in a small scale and leaf like pattern.
