This is a fantastic crazy star fabric, made up of strips cut from thin navy metallic leatherette with stars hanging off them, sewn onto a sheer tulle in an overlapping manner.
It can also be used as a cool trim by cutting strips of stars and asewing them onto a garment.
The stars can be steamed to lay flat, or stick out from the fabric randomly, up to you! The reverse of the leatherette can be painted to match or contrast.
While most tulles have a natural give to them, this one has no stretch element in the fibre composition, and cannot be used as a stretch fabric.
