This is a nylon tulle in pale blue which has been encrusted with sequins in mixed shapes and sizes in the same colour as the tulle. This quality has been stitched with clear nylon thread, so use of direct heat such as iron or hot stoning tools must be avoided.
While most tulles have a natural give to them, this one has no stretch element in the fibre composition, and shouldn't be used as a stretch fabric.
