This is a fun and unusual fabric, unique to us, consisting of a nylon tulle base fabric with individually hand knotted tassles or fringes of about 15-17 cm length. Each tassle has its own fringing, so they resemble feathers. The fabric is quite heavy, with great movement. Also available in black.
