This is a frivolous bonded organza fabric that immitates a quilted look. The top layer is a mulberry polyester organza, bonded to a layer of wadding in criss-crossing random lines and sprinkled with bright pink pompoms inbetween the organza and the wadding. There is no backing fabric to this, you can layer it up with a backing fabric in the colour of your choice; see one image where we have layered it with a light base cloth and a light base cloth.
