Using our foil printed multi coloured oil slick Italian chiffon in black as a base, it has been shirred with a multicoloured metallic thread, forming points similar to horns.
The fabric starts off at 140cm wide, after shirring it becomes a stretchy 60cm.
Dry clean only. Do not iron on metallic foil side.
