Theft of Customer Data

Dear Customers

On Thursday afternoon shortly after 15:15hr, 9th November 2023, we were informed by the Metropolitan Police that our website had been identified as the victim of a digital skimming attack. We immediately took the Top Fabric website offline and initiated our security protocols.

On Friday evening we discovered a breach of our Top Fabric website.

Financial details of a small number of our clients may have been compromised.

The breach has been resolved and the Top Fabric website will return shortly.

If you have been directly contacted by us you may have been affected. We recommend that you contact your bank or card provider and follow their recommended advise. We have set up an email hot line at incidentresponse@topfabric.co.uk where your card provider can contact us directly if they require further information.

More advice can be found on the citizens Advice website https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/debt-and-money/banking/banking-security-and-fraud/

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. We are co-operating with the Information Commissioners Office and the Met Police Force who are working to keep your data safe. Please accept our deepest apologies for any worry and inconvenience this criminal attack may cause.

Yours sincerely
